Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We use Pudo Locker to Residential Address as our standard delivery method, which typically takes 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 1 PM are shipped the same day, as all parcels are dispatched once daily at that time.

Priority Shipping (Overnight Flyer)
Rates are shown at checkout. We use The Courier Guy for priority deliveries, which usually arrive within 1–2 days, depending on the time the order is placed.

Special Request Items
Custom-prepared items, such as larger perfume sizes, require additional processing time. These must be mixed and cured for at least 48 hours before packing and shipping. Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery.
